For those still using classic navigation techniques. Follow the M4 west to Carmarthen, then the A48 to St Clears. From here take the A4066 towards Laugharne/Pendine, just after Cross Inn and before you drop down into Laugharne itself take a LEFT TURN and follow this small lane until it turns to the right, here you must GO STRAIGHT ON to the off-road track, go straight on and down the bumpy off-road lane for appox 386 meters where you should see the Milkwood Campsite on your left hand side.
