The Hangout
The hangout is positioned with the best view over the estuary and looking out over the campsite. The simple shelter has plenty of space for eating under cover and preparing food.
There is a basic kitchen setup for preparing and washing up. Drinking water is accessed from containers and can be re-filled from the wash hourse at the bottom of the hill.
There are two BBQ set-ups, a traditional barrel BBQ (home made charcoal available) and a fire pit with cooking rack. There is plenty of space for setting up a gas stove under cover or outside.
